Nothing says Fall like the pumpkin spice craze. Admittedly, some recipes get it right. Some recipes miss the mark. These pancakes are everything you need to tackle the pumpkin spice must-have flavors, but a gourmet, whey, and delicious flair.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

Directions

It doesn’t get more simple than this. Mix all ingredients together until they are smooth and the batter resembles that of pancake batter. Heat butter or ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Spoon batter onto the pan in ¼ cup dollops per pancake. Brown both sides and serve them with pure maple syrup or your favorite toppings. Consider: shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, honey, roasted apples, walnuts, or a light drizzle of heated dark chocolate. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp high-quality cocoa powder

  • 1 pinch of sea salt or pink himalayan salt
  • ¼ tsp pure peppermint extract

Directions
