LEAN SENSE Pina Colada Protein Popsicle

Ingredients

1 cup of greens - think spinach, kale, or mixed greens

¾ cup of milk - try almond milk at least once because it’s delicious in this recipe. Otherwise, coconut milk can do the job.

¾ cup coconut water - better than plain water for hydration

½ cup pineapple chunks - keep it easy and grab canned pineapple if you don’t want to mess with the cutting up the whole fruit

¼ coconut - pick coconut shavings that will break down in the blender

2 sliced bananas

1 scoop ofLEAN SENSE Gulf Stream Vanilla Bean protein powder

Instructions

Add everything into the blender. Blend until smooth and pour it into your popsicle forms. Seal them with their lids and add popsicle sticks. Freeze them for 4-6 hours. If you don’t have popsicle forms, not to worry. There are inexpensive molds online and in every kitchen supply store. The number of popsicles this recipe makes depends on the size of the mold you get, so don’t forget to make a note once you’ve tried this recipe.
